1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the bajibet platform and its users. Accessing and using bajibet's website, mobile app or any other digital channel means you have fully read, understood and agreed to these terms.

These rules are drafted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the local laws of their own country or location.

Alongside these terms, our Privacy Policy applies to all users of the site. Both documents together form the overall framework of your relationship with bajibet.

bajibet reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after a change is made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

All bajibet services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. No minor is permitted to open an account or use the service. Documents for age verification may be requested at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being closed at any time and deposited funds may not be returned.

2.4 Accounts from the Same Household or Address

If multiple individuals from the same household or IP address hold accounts, each account must have a distinct verified identity. In suspicious cases, bajibet may carry out additional verification.

3 Account Security and Verification

3.1 Protecting Login Credentials

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their username and password confidential. bajibet will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing this information with a third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To prevent fraud and ensure security, bajibet may ask users to provide identity documents, proof of address and proof of payment method. In some cases, withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Responsibility

The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out from their account. This responsibility applies equally if a family member or anyone else uses the account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad and Rocket can be used to deposit at bajibet. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — deposits through third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

bKash, Nagad and Rocket can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. If account verification is not complete, withdrawal requests may be delayed. bajibet may request additional documents if needed.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears unusual or suspicious, bajibet reserves the right to put that transaction on hold until an investigation is complete.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn.

Example: A ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, wagering of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games and betting markets.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• bajibet reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time.
• Misuse of promotional bonuses or attempting to gain unfair advantage through an account may result in account closure.

5.3 VIP Program

bajibet's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver and up to 0.8% at Gold. Cashback is calculated based on the week's net losses.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once placed and cannot be changed or cancelled. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bajibet reserves the right to void the bet and return the original stake.

6.2 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. However, if an event is cancelled after it has started, separate rules may apply.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

The specific rules for live casino, slots and other casino games are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. The result recorded on the game provider's server is considered final.

6.4 Maximum Bet Limits

bajibet reserves the right to set maximum bet amounts for specific events, games or markets. These limits may be changed without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Opening multiple accounts to misuse bonuses.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated methods.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform or deliberately interfering with the system.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Operating an account in the name or identity of a third party.
• Commercially reselling any service of the platform.

Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent closure of the account and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by bajibet

bajibet may temporarily suspend any account for rule violations, suspicious activity or while a verification process is ongoing. Withdrawals and betting will not be possible during the suspension.

8.2 Closure by the User

Users who wish to close their account may contact the support team. All valid balances may be withdrawn before closure. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.

8.3 Permanent Closure

In cases of serious rule violations, an account may be permanently closed without prior notice. In such cases, bonus-related balances will be forfeited and only the valid original deposit may be returned.

9 Limitation of Liability

bajibet makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service. However, bajibet will not be liable in the following situations:

• Disruption to service caused by loss of internet connection.
• Server issues on the part of a third-party game provider.
• Service disruptions due to natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances.
• Problems with the user's own device or network.
• Loss resulting from the user sharing their login credentials with someone else.

10 Changes and Amendments

bajibet reserves the right to change, amend or add new conditions to any part of these terms at any time. For significant changes, users may be notified via their account or by email.
